ABOUT THE EVENT

ACBS Members and friends are invited to join us for the second Woodie Whoopie of the Tahoe Season on Friday, July 25th at Fleur de Lac (The old Kaiser estate) with friends, old and new, at this casual BBQ gathering.  Bring something for yourselves to put on our BBQ's and a potluck dish of your choice to share with the group.  BYOB also.  Come to 4000 West Lake Boulevard in the Tahoe Pines area of Homewood on Tahoe's West Shore.  Please park outside the gate, carpools are strongly encouraged as parking is limited.

This will be similar to previous Whoopies except because of the popularity of this venue and a limit of 100 attendees we will be taking advance sign ups where you will pay $5.00 per person.  On arrival you will receive 6 raffle tickets valued at $1 each.  We encourage you to purchase additional tickets before the raffle.

We will have a raffle for a GarWood's gift certificate and other prizes.  Tickets are $1 each or 6 for $5.  Funds from this raffle enable us to purchase some prizes, table cloths and supplies.  Any surplus funds go into the Chapter Philanthropy fund.  Prize donations are always appreciated.  

Two guest berths are available if you want to come by boat and probably depart after dark.  Contact [email protected] if you want to come by boat.

We can always welcome helpers to aid with set up at 4PM.
