ABOUT THE EVENT

We will have a Woodie Whoopie July 11th at Tahoe Park HOA beach in Sunnyside

at 1700 Sequoia Ave, 96145.  Park on the street.  There are horse shoe pits,

and Bocci available to us too!!

The HOA has asked that we limit our attendance to about 50.  It is rare

that we go over this number but being a mid-Summer, first time event at this

site  we need to take sign-ups with a minor financial commitment.  We will

take sign-ups with a $5 per person charge.  Each person signed up will get 6

raffle tickets and we encourage you to purchase additional tickets at the

event.  Raffle Tickets are sold at all events for $1 each or 6 for $5.  You

must attend to win a raffle prize.

The official start time is 5:00PM but we start our set up about 4 PM and

early arrivals are always welcome.

Please bring something to put on the grill for your meal and an appetizer,

salad or desert to put on the table to share with the attendees.  We will

raffle off a gift certificate from Gar Wood's restaurant, some bottles of

wine and other prizes at each of the gatherings.  We have some chairs but

usually not enough.  Please bring some chairs if they are available.  Prize

donations are also appreciated.
