ACBS NorCal/Tahoe 27th Annual Wood and Glory at Clear Lake

Schedule of Events:

Thursday 5/29/25 at 5:00 PM - Gather with us at Clay Shannon's Mercantile (4350 Thomas Drive, Lakeport, CA). We have reserved an area on the lawn with tables and seating. There will be food trucks, beverages, and wine for guests to purchase items from. Please no outside food or drink. $5 cover charge includes one free glass of local wine.

Friday 5/30/25 Daytime - Enjoy cruising the lake with friends and family or spend time at a local winery. There are plenty of spots to eat in Lakeport and the surrounding areas.

Friday 5/30/25 5:30 PM - Come join us for an outdoor dinner at the Thomas' home in Corinthian Bay. The dinner will consist of hors d'oeuvres and dinner items prepeared by the Thomas family free of charge. The home is located at 3394 Drake Court, Lakeport, CA. We will honor the charities Operation Tango Mike, Special Olympics, and Clear Lake Sea Scouts with a charity auction or direct donations. Please try and carpool as parking is limited.

Saturday 5/31/25 at 8:30 AM - Skippers meeting at Konocti Harbor Resort (8727 Soda Bay Rd, Kelseyville, CA) for those operating their boats in the parade. 

Saturday 5/31/25 at 9:30 AM - Boats gather for the parade of boats at Konocti Harbor Resort (8727 Soda Bay Rd, Kelseyville, CA). We will then parade over to the boat show located at the Konocti Vista Casino Resort (2755 Mission Rancheria Rd, Lakeport, CA) where the Sea Scouts will assist you in docking your boat. The cruise should take about 30 minutes total. 

Saturday 5/31/25 from 10AM-2PM - Boat show at Konacti Vista Casino Resort (2755 Mission Rancheria Rd, Lakeport, CA)

Saturday 5/31/35 from 6:00 to 10:00 PM - We will have a wonderful awards dinner held at the Mount's Boatique Winery (8255 Red Hills Rd, Kelseyville, CA). At the winery, you will be able to enjoy viewing the beautiful Madeline, a 29' Van Dam custom Gentleman's Racer, and Roberto, a fully restored Venetian Water Taxi. Dinner will be at the winery and there will be music provided by ACBS member Neil Gapoff. Food will be provided family style with various options for everyone. Entertainment will be provided by Dan and Danny's Gold Cup Adventure!

Sunday 6/1/25 at 10:00 AM - We will be having a lovely cruise and picnic on Clear Lake to locations around the lake like Anderson Island and Library Park. Start location TBD by Jim Robello, please contact Jim if you have any questions.

Dock spaces available at Konocti Harbor Resort, Konocti Vista Resort, and Skylark Shores Resort 

LODGING

Skylark Shores Resort in Lakeport is holding seven rooms at a 20% discount on direct reservations for May 28th through June 1st.  The Promo Code to use for the discount is "glory2025"

Konocti Harbor Resort is also offering us a 20% discount on their rooms for direct reservations from May 28th through June 1st.  The Promo Code to use for the discount is "ACBS"

Konocti Vista Casino Resort has Marina View rooms for us, but without any discount.
